Shipping policy

We ship quickly, pack carefully, and handle every order with collector-level attention to detail.

For in-stock items, our standard handling time is 1 business day. Unless a delay is clearly posted on our website, product page, checkout page, or announced storewide, in-stock orders are expected to ship by the next business day.

This Shipping Policy works together with our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms listed on a product page. By placing an order, you agree to the policies posted at the time of purchase.

Order Processing & Handling Time

In-stock orders ship within 1 business day unless otherwise stated.

A business day means Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays, carrier holidays, and other days when shipping carriers are closed.

Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff may be treated as received on the next business day.

For example, an in-stock order placed on Monday is generally expected to ship by Tuesday. An in-stock order placed after the cutoff on Friday may be treated as received the following business day.

If we expect a delay that affects normal handling times, we will make reasonable efforts to post that delay on the website, product page, checkout page, announcement bar, or another visible area before or during the affected period.

Processing time may vary for:

  • Pre-orders
  • Special-order items
  • Backordered items
  • Orders requiring address verification
  • Orders requiring payment or fraud review
  • High-value orders requiring additional verification
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items
  • Weather, carrier, platform, or emergency disruptions
  • Any delay clearly posted on the website or product page

Choosing a faster shipping method affects carrier transit speed after shipment. It does not change the listed handling time unless specifically stated.

In-Stock, Pre-Order & Mixed Orders

Items marked as in stock are expected to ship within our standard 1 business day handling time unless a delay is posted.

Pre-order, backorder, or special-order items ship when inventory becomes available and ready for fulfillment.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated or arranged. At our discretion, we may split shipments, partially fulfill an order, or cancel and refund unavailable portions of an order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a customer requests separate shipments.

Inventory Condition & Collector Standards

We handle collectible inventory with attention to condition, packaging, and presentation.

Where applicable, inventory is separated and listed by condition. Unless otherwise stated, eligible collectible items are listed and shipped as Near Mint by default. If an item falls outside of Near Mint condition, we make reasonable efforts to list it under the appropriate condition or disclose the relevant condition issue on the product page.

For trading cards, collectibles, and condition-sensitive items, condition grading may involve reasonable judgment. Minor manufacturer, distributor, or packaging variance can occur, especially with sealed products.

For sealed products, the condition grade generally refers to the sealed retail product as offered, not a guarantee of the condition, centering, collation, or contents inside factory-sealed packaging.

Packing Standards

We pack orders carefully based on the item type, condition sensitivity, order size, and shipping method.

Depending on the order, packaging may include:

  • Sleeves
  • Team bags
  • Top loaders or semi-rigid protection
  • Bubble mailers
  • Rigid mailers
  • Boxes
  • Padding or void fill
  • Cardboard reinforcement
  • Case-packed shipment methods
  • Other protective materials as appropriate

Our goal is simple: the item should arrive in the condition it was sold in.

Packaging methods may vary based on product type, order size, carrier method, and fulfillment needs.

Product Condition & Packaging Variance

We make reasonable efforts to describe product condition accurately and separate inventory by condition where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, collectible inventory is offered as Near Mint by default. Items with condition issues beyond our Near Mint standard will be listed or described accordingly when applicable.

However, many sealed collectibles pass through manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment handling before reaching customers. Minor outer packaging imperfections may occur and are not always considered damage, including but not limited to:

  • Light corner wear
  • Small dents or dings
  • Minor shrink wrap flaws
  • Surface scuffs
  • Printing inconsistencies
  • Loose wrapping
  • Normal handling marks

Collector-grade outer packaging is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
