Our Commitment
We stand behind every order we ship. If we make a mistake—wrong item, damaged in transit, or listing error—we will always make it right.
Eligible Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Final Sale Items
To maintain the integrity of our inventory and the collectibles market:
- All TCG product sales are final
- Blind items or products with a chance for a chase are final sale
- Items marked “All Sales Final” on the product page are non-returnable
Please note: the absence of a “final sale” label does not automatically make an item return-eligible if it falls into an ineligible category.
Condition & Restocking
Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition they were shipped. Items returned in significantly different condition may:
- Be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
- Be denied a refund entirely if the item is materially altered or damaged
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items do not always have an exact ship date at the time of purchase. Once a confirmed ship date becomes available, notifications will be sent to customers.
After a ship date is finalized, pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover associated costs.
Discretionary Returns
Returns outside of the guidelines above may be reviewed and authorized on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
