Clear, fair policies designed to protect both collectors and inventory integrity.

 

This Returns & Refunds Policy works together with our Shipping Policy and any other posted store policies. By placing an order, you agree to the policies posted at the time of purchase.

Our Commitment

We stand behind every order we ship. If we make a mistake — wrong item, missing item, clear listing error, or an issue caused by our handling — we will work with you to make it right.

Because many of the products we sell are collectible, condition-sensitive, limited-release, or market-sensitive, some items are not eligible for return once purchased.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Placing an order does not guarantee final acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order when necessary, including but not limited to:

  • Inventory discrepancies
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or payment issues
  • Distributor allocation reductions
  • Manufacturer shortages
  • Address or delivery concerns
  • Abuse of promotions, discounts, or purchase limits

If an order or part of an order is canceled by us, you will be refunded for the unfulfilled portion of the order.

Orders that have entered fulfillment, packing, label creation, shipment preparation, or handoff to a carrier may not be eligible for cancellation.

Eligible Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or processed at our discretion.

Returned items must include all original packaging, inserts, accessories, and components where applicable.

Final Sale Items

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and the collectibles market, the following items are final sale unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error:

  • Trading card game products, including sealed product, singles, booster packs, booster boxes, decks, bundles, repacks, and related collectible card items
  • Blind items or products with a chance-based/chase element
  • Pre-orders and special-order items
  • Items marked “All Sales Final” on the product page
  • Opened, altered, resealed, tampered-with, or used items
  • Items where market value has changed after purchase

Please note: the absence of a “final sale” label does not automatically make an item return-eligible if it falls into one of the categories above.

Market Prices, Promotions & Product Value

Collectibles can change in value quickly. Market price changes, restocks, sellouts, reprints, allocation changes, release delays, or changes in product demand do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, exchange, or price adjustment.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before shipment and issue a refund.

Condition & Restocking

Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition they were shipped.

Items returned in significantly different condition may:

  • Be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
  • Receive a reduced refund
  • Be denied a refund entirely if materially altered, opened, damaged, resealed, or tampered with

Original shipping charges, carrier fees, signature fees, and payment processing costs may be non-refundable once an order has shipped or begun processing.

Sealed Product & Packaging Condition

We make reasonable efforts to pack orders securely and accurately describe product condition.

For sealed products, the cosmetic condition of outer packaging is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Minor manufacturer or distribution-related imperfections may occur and are not automatically grounds for a refund or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Small shrink wrap tears
  • Light corner dings
  • Minor box wear
  • Surface scuffs
  • Printing or packaging inconsistencies
  • Loose wrapping or normal manufacturing variance

Manufacturer defects, collation issues, missing hits, print defects, or factory packaging issues should be addressed with the manufacturer where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, we may request:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box or mailer
  • Photos of packing materials
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. This may be required for carrier claims or internal review.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items do not always have exact ship dates at the time of purchase. Release dates, distributor fulfillment dates, and manufacturer timelines may change.

Once a confirmed ship date becomes available, updates may be sent to customers when applicable.

Pre-order cancellations are reviewed at our discretion. After a ship date is finalized, approved pre-order cancellations may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover associated costs.

Allocation reductions, manufacturer shortages, release delays, or changes in market value do not automatically qualify a pre-order for cancellation, refund, or price adjustment.

Delivery Issues

Lost, delayed, stolen, misdelivered, refused, held, or returned packages are handled according to our Shipping Policy and the carrier’s tracking information.

Refusing delivery, failing to retrieve a package, or providing an incorrect or incomplete address does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, insufficient address, or non-pickup may be subject to shipping costs, return postage, restocking fees, and re-shipping fees.

Fraud Prevention & Order Integrity

To protect our customers and inventory, we may cancel, limit, or hold orders for review if we detect suspicious activity, payment concerns, address mismatches, automated purchasing behavior, or abuse of purchase limits or promotions.

We may request additional verification before shipping an order.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to provide this policy, our Shipping Policy, order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor or platform.

Discretionary Returns

Returns outside of the guidelines above may be reviewed and authorized on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Approving an exception in one situation does not guarantee the same outcome for future orders.
